We have become one of the very few remaining foreign NGOs in Türkiye. Most of our team has left this month. We have had only one volunteer on the ground for the majority of the month of December. Before the remaining team left, we did however get to visit the beneficiaries of some of the tiny houses we built and families were so excited to welcome and host us in their new homes.

We spent November building tiny houses, preparing activities with children and olive harvesting with locals. We are thankful for our last standing volunteer and his commitment to the field, the country and its people. With the need of the people still indescribably great and greater than the aid available, we are in dire need of a legal and financial framework to be able to stay.
