Maintenance & RHUs
One of the most important needs of the camp residents is a shelter that protects them from the intense weather elements and gives them a sense of security and comfort. Without a shelter, they would be vulnerable to cold, heat, rain, wind, and other protection dangers.
That's why Eurorelief and resident volunteers work hard every day to maintain and repair the shelters as needed. They work together to ensure that the shelters are in good condition, thus improving the quality of life for those who stay there.
The Eurorelief maintenance team also insulates the RHUs (Refugee Home Unit), which makes them warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer. Your donation will support this vital work and show your compassion and solidarity with the people who live in the camp.
Eurorelief seeks to raise 7,000 euros to provide repairs needed on the shelters to provide a dry and safe place for families, single adults and children to sleep and live.
Eurorelief is supported through the charitable giving of individuals, businesses, churches and other charities.
